I am a highly experienced Senior Business Leader commanding a wealth of experience within the highly regulated arena of Pharma/Biotech organisations, providing intrinsic support in effective collaboration with healthcare systems. Embedding a deep knowledge of all areas of business growth and development strategy, technology implementation and risk management.

I bring to the boards a rare blend of academic and business ability as an under- and post- graduate module leader in a business school, including leadership, strategic thinking, and marketing as well as business ethics.Guides seamless delivery that revitalises functions and delivers profitable growth on an international basis. I am able to strengthen processes and procedures to effectively govern core business activities, as a people leader; engages workforce through active listening and personable nature, fosters strategic partnerships to engage diverse stakeholders groups.

Organisations worked with include Sanofi; Novartis; GSK & Pfizer with exposure to working not only across the UK but also EU and North America.

A seasoned member of the Board has worked in advisory and consultancy capacity across private and charity sectors. People focused and I afraid to ask the difficult questions, provides strategic oversight to ensure accountability to unite executives under a shared vision, elevate business development and growth, maximise board outcomes and accelerate revenue generation.

Experience of non-executive directorships and trusteeships on a number of charitable organisations including local churches; humanitarian aid; NGO & other organisations; and an international church network.
Currently leading O2H through project to become a CIO in UK; advisor to two local church trustee bodies; trustee and volunteer with the Awareness Foundation, with particular responsibility for PAX initiative
Involved in overseas mission since 1987, currently leading developments in ministry and humanitarian support in Mongolia. Widely travelled in Asia; Europe and North America, but also in Africa and Indian sub-continent
